How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to deliver and improve the services you have engaged us for. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Under the APPs, we only use your data for the purpose it was collected or for a related secondary purpose you would reasonably expect.

Document & Portal Confidentiality

Mardoc Marketing will never initially share your documents or grant access to your client portal without your explicit authorisation. Any sharing of deliverables or project access only occurs at your direct request or as outlined in our service agreement with you.

Account Creation & Verification

All portal accounts are confirmed by the owner before creation. We do not allow open sign-ups. New accounts are set up by invitation and verified by Mardoc Marketing to ensure only authorised representatives of your organisation can access your data.

Data Storage & Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Data is stored with encrypted transmission and access controls. We regularly review our security practices to keep your information safe.

Access, Correction & Complaints
