Regular bowling broadcasts meant a lot of separate, repetitive work.
Wyncity wanted a more connected and scalable way to manage its bowling broadcasts and information. Covering leagues and tournaments week after week meant managing lane camera streams, switching them on and off around sessions, creating YouTube livestreams, turning finished streams into replays, maintaining playlists, and matching every stream to the right league or tournament.
On top of that, scores, standings, player statistics and records all needed to be presented somewhere — and bowlers and viewers needed one simple place to find everything.
The challenge was both operational and user-facing: reduce the repetitive broadcast administration while creating a much better experience for bowlers, families and viewers.
One connected platform, not a collection of links.
Mardoc designed and developed Wyncity Live (live.wyncity.com.au) as a central platform connecting livestream management, YouTube, replays, leagues, tournaments, scores, standings, player statistics and player records.
It works on two levels: a public-facing digital experience for bowlers and viewers, and an operational platform supporting Wyncity’s bowling broadcasts behind the scenes. Launched in 2026, it initially centred on Wyncity Keon Park.
From the lanes to the screen.
Wyncity Live was designed to reduce the manual work behind regular bowling broadcasts while making every stream, replay and result easier for viewers to find.
Prepare the session
League and tournament sessions are organised within the platform, so streams and bowling information are associated with the correct event.
Automate the broadcast
The platform helps automate the livestream workflow — controlling when lane camera streams are active and creating the required YouTube livestreams.
Turn live coverage into replays
When bowling finishes, completed broadcasts become replay videos, organised into the relevant YouTube playlists and Wyncity Live pages.
Connect the bowling data
Scores, standings, player statistics and records sit in the same experience, so viewers don’t have to jump between unrelated platforms.
The value isn’t just another website. It’s less repetitive broadcast administration every week — and a more consistent experience for every viewer.

Wyncity Live connects with bowling scoring and league information, so standings, scores and player statistics are displayed alongside the broadcast experience. That required:
- Custom data handling
- Integration with bowling information
- League and tournament structures
- Player records
- Ongoing development around real-world use
Built it, launched it, and marketed it.
Mardoc handled both the product and the promotion, so the platform launched with an audience ready to use it.
- Platform development
- Digital and platform design
- Launch support
- Ongoing refinement
- Marketing and promotion of the service
Development, content and marketing — together.
Mardoc’s involvement didn’t end when the platform was built. We promoted Wyncity Live as part of the wider Wyncity ecosystem, bringing development, content and marketing together rather than treating them as separate services.
- Launch positioning
- Promotional creative
- Social media content
- Video and reel content
- Livestream promotion
- Ongoing communication around new features and tournament coverage
Launch was the beginning, not the end.
Wyncity Live continues to evolve as it’s used for real leagues and tournaments. Real-world use has informed ongoing refinements to livestream handling, league and tournament presentation, standings, player statistics, scoring displays, replay organisation and administration.
