The site was designed as a customer portal that brings together all IBCA centres across the country, making it easier than ever for bowlers to discover venues, explore offers, and stay connected.
The project included full website design and development, tailored to suit both casual visitors and dedicated league bowlers. One of the core features is an interactive map that displays every IBCA centre and automatically shows users the closest locations based on where they are. This makes navigating the bowling network intuitive and seamless.
Each venue is provided with branded promotional templates they can use to support their local marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging across the entire network. Bowl.com.au also subsidises prizes for giveaway winners at their local IBCA centre, helping drive engagement while bringing more bowlers through the doors. Email collection was integrated for every centre and IBCA as a whole, helping strengthen communication, build stronger customer databases, and support ongoing marketing campaigns.
